Utilizing 25 years of local experience, market knowledge, and long-term relationships with many groups in the New York City real estate community, GDSNY manages the entire acquisition process, including sourcing, financial underwriting, zoning analysis, business plan designing, structuring, financing, and asset management. GDS Brightstar, GDSNY’s commercial real estate lending platform, provides loans to development projects in New York, with a focus on construction lending, condo inventory loans, special situations lending, and core assets.
