Pioneer Point is a dramatic landmark highrise development in London developed by EPGI, and built by London & Regent Construction. Pioneer Point is fast becoming east London’s architectural icon. Two towers of 33 and 25 stories, of exceptional residential apartments and duplexes with spectacular views to the City, Canary Wharf and the Capital’s Olympic Stadium for 2012. It is an astounding addition to the London skyline just 14 minutes from the City. Two dramatic towers containing 294 apartments immaculately designed with both security and sustainability in mind. The iconic glass of Pioneer Point will provide some of the finest and carefully specified homes available to the East of the Capital. GDSNY provided design and development advisory services including the entry lobbies, commercial space interiors, interior common areas and show apartments.
