GDSNY were engaged to design the new flagship Restaurant 1812 in London, paving the way for franchised outlets throughout the UK and abroad.
Restaurant 1812 is a new comprehensive food brand in the UK. It combines several culinary and catering elements, to provide the opportunity to eat in a fine restaurant, buy quality food and learn new skills in a cookery school. It will also have retailers offering options of a butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, baker, deli, wine merchant & specialty tearoom. The developers have encouraged a symbiotic relationship among tenants, with the vendors supplying the restauranteurs with fresh ingredients. The flagship Restaurant 1812 food center is in planning in London, paving the way for franchised outlets throughout the UK and abroad.
GDSNY also provided graphic design and brand communications in the original creation and packaging of the global idea, and the interior design of the first market and restaurant in London.
