GDSNY were engaged to design a new iconic tower on the waterfront corniche of a prominent Middle Eastern city. The tower would reach 82 floors and include luxury residential, hotel, retail, amenities, and parking.
GDSNY designed both building facades as well as interiors, outdoor spaces, and lobbies.
GDSNY also produced an art installation at the apex of the tower that interacts with the wind and the water in the Bay, producing refracted light effects, creating dynamic movement and light play.
