Stuart D Phillips, AIA, LEED AP, Energy Star® Partner, has completed over $750 million in high end residential, resort and hospitality development work.  More recently, he has completed a wide range of environmentally sustainable construction, with a focus on modern energy efficient modular construction. He has almost 25 years of project management and architecture experience in New York.
