Megan Brothers is the Senior Vice President of Design at GDSNY. She has over 25 years of experience in the design and development of commercial office, mixed-use, and residential developments in New York and the US.
Previously, Megan was the Senior Vice President of Design and Development at Brookfield Properties, responsible for overseeing design projects in the U.S. portfolio. In her 16-year tenure with the company, Megan was involved in the design and development or redevelopment of signature Brookfield projects such as Eagle & West in New York City, 77 K Street and 1225 Connecticut Avenue in Washington DC, Fig at 7th and Wells Fargo Center in Los Angeles, One Blue Slip, Two Blue slip and the renovation of Brookfield Place in New York City. Prior to joining Brookfield, Megan spent 4 years at Perkins Eastman following 5 years at the design engineering firm Buro Happold in NYC.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Architectural studies from The University of Cape Town, and she is a licensed architect in New York State.
