David Roll is the Head of Acquisitions at GDS Development (GDSNY) with a focus on new transactions and capital raising. Aside from GDSNY, he is a board member of Batsheva Arts Campus in Tel Aviv.

Prior to joining GDSNY, David worked for 8 years as Co-Head of Norges Bank Investment Management Real Estate (NBIM) in the US, where he built up the US platform to $35bn GAV and grew a team of 25 members. Professional highlights include managing and closing notable deals with Trinity/Hines in Hudson Square, Boston Properties and Prologis US.

In his earlier career, David held various roles in real estate private equity in London, Stockholm and New York at PGIM and Areim.

Qualifications:
David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from KTH in Stockholm.
