Alan Rudikoff is a Partner and co-Founder of GDS Development responsible for real estate deal originations, structuring of investments, raising institutional capital, risk management, and debt structuring.

Alan has over 30 years of diversified real estate finance and development experience and has worked on projects with a number of industry leaders including Shell, Oracle, Erikson, JP Morgan, Radison Hotels, Clarion Hotels, HRO, Bouygues, and Carvel Investors. He worked for 9 years with the HRO Group, where he completed $1.5 billion in commercial real estate projects and sales in New York and across Europe.

Recently Alan completed the Stockholm Waterfront development in Sweden. This was a $350 million, 1 million sf mixed-use development in Stockholm’s CBD that included a 4,000 person congress and meeting center, a 414-room 4-star hotel and a 275,000sf speculative office building. A partner in the deal, Alan was responsible for the commercial development of the office building; as well as the equity and debt finance of the entire project; and, finally for the exit of the entire project to institutional investors.
