Dan Temel is a Director at GDSNY with a focus on investment management, underwriting, and asset management. He is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and structuring new debt and equity opportunities, loan originations, purchase of non-performing debt, and the acquisition of development properties.

Prior to joining GDSNY, Dan was a Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Savanna where he acquired and asset managed over $1 billion of office, retail, industrial, and self-storage properties in New York.

Prior to Savanna, Dan worked at Wells Fargo, where he closed $500 million of construction loan facilities for condo, retail, office, and multi-family properties. Dan performed detailed financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, guarantor financial reviews, as well as loan structuring and closing coordination.

Dan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University.
