New York, NY – GDS Development Management (GDSNY) and Corem of Sweden announced today that they have signed a 5-year lease at 1245 Broadway with GumGum, a contextual-first global digital advertising platform. GumGum has taken 6,500 square feet of office and terrace space over a full tower floor. GumGum’s vision for the space will breed collaboration by incorporating elements of sustainability with natural greenery integrated throughout the office.
