Loft 108 is a bespoke luxury loft apartment in TriBeCa, New York designed and developed by GDSNY, that has been featured in the New York Times, Design Bureau Magazine and More Magazine.
Loft 108 has served as the backdrop for studio photo shoots for Vera Wang and Halle Berry, and houses 35 original works of performance, light and visual art from artists from New York to Africa to Sweden. Loft 108 employed the full services of GDSNY, which included real estate development and finance, interior design services for the design and layout, architectural services for the design and construction of the lobbies and public areas, and art consultancy in sourcing and installing the wide range of works currently on show in the property from around the world
