Global Design Strategies (GDS) is completing work on the façade, lobby, public space and artwork design for Williamsburg’s newest luxury rental apartment building. GDS is drawing design inspiration from this Brooklyn neighborhood’s rich history to revitalize this once industrial part of north Williamsburg.

Comprising 167 apartments, amenity facilities including concierge, fitness center, private and community roof terraces, laundry, bicycle storage and in-building parking, the building will use a combination of brick, metal accent panels and large windows to blend historic references with contemporary details and provide ample light and views for tenants. Featuring generous public and private landscaped outdoor and terrace spaces for tenants, as well as prominent artwork, this new building is destined to become a new landmark residence for New York City.
