GDSNY Starts New Landmark Restoration in Tribeca

Global Design Strategies (GDS) has begun work on a new landmark restoration project in Tribeca, New York. The project will feature the repositioning of a 1870’s landmark facade and conversion to luxury residential.

GDSNY has designed and completed several high profile projects in Manhattan and London since its inception in 2008. The firm maintains offices in London and New York and have expanded their global reach into Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

GDSNY are teamed with world-wide engineering firm Bureau Happold, who are best known for their intelligent approach to building systems and sustainability as well as their creative design of facades and bespoke building components.

The project is due to be released to the market in Spring 2012.
